Exclamation MH reverse cycle

Hey guys was hesitant on getting a chiller now I'm in a hurry to get one the last few days we've had some really warm weather 33c in the day I came home from work yesterday and the tank was at 30c so I shut the lights off and put them on from 9pm to 6am anyone else do this also was thinkin of freezing a couple 2 liters just in case it gets too hot again submerse the ice caps in the sump. That's all I can think of doing until my chiller arrives.

I have used the frozen water/pop bottles to help a little. The best thing I found was a couple of clip on fans from the supper store for $12 each and ran those over my sump. Ran one on the actinic light cycle and the other on the halide cycle so both were running when the halides were on.

I use a fan too on my 29g bio cube, which had its top removed and is now lit by 175w MH. Temperature is under control but evaporation is soemthing to deal with
