Default shoulder length gloves in Calgary?

I was wondering where I could pick up a pair of full arm length gloves in Calgary?

I recently started getting rashes on my arm so it would probably be a good idea for me to start wearing gloves.

I seen some at J&L:

does any of our LFS sell these?

Thanks.

The ones in the above thread are very bulky and hard to feel what you are doing when under water. If that is what you want you can get them at Wai's. I bought some thin gloves online from Dr Smith? or whoever's website but they are expensive and tend to leak a little because they are quite thin. I think they are the same gloves that farm vets use for insemination and cow birthing, etc but are marked way up from these guys. Best bet is to find a vet supply place and buy them from there. I have some so if you want to try them let me know.

I second Snappy's description that the aqua gloves are big, bulky and reduce pretty much any feeling underwater. HOwever, they are dry as a bone when I'm out. If you're just moving around large pieces of rock, they'd probably be good. Otherwise, I have seen some other gloves that are generic which probably surpass this.

I'd like to hear other responses for what people use..

If anyone likes the Coralife gloves (the orange and purple ones) Home Depot has the same thing called Pond Gloves (green and blue) for only 12 bucks.

I too use the lee valley gloves, I find they work great but do limit some of your tactile feelings in the tank.
