what kind of ammonia test kit is this?

i bought an ammonia test kit from golds a couple weeks ago, i lost the instructions and he box, and i went to use it and i cant remember how it works, its one that comes with two syringes, one is a 1 ml and the other i belive is two ml, and then a bottle of No3, anyone know how this kit works?

is it a salifert perhaps? if so i can scan the instruction sheet and send it your way.
