Can I use blood worms

I still have some blood worms left from before when I used to have discus. I wonder if it is okay to feed it to my clown, tank, benny, angle and gobie. Thanks in advance...

I use bloodworms but only Hikari....none of the cheaper brands and not as a major source of food...

Yup.

They're very high in fat and protein so I only feed them occasionally and not as a staple.
