Default Fish And Marine Aquarium / Aquarium Fish Magazine

My wife's a teacher and she's getting these magazines at some fairly good prices. For example Aquarium Fish Magazine is only $19 for 12 issues and FAMA is $20 for 12 issues.
My question is, which one is better? I only want to get one so maybe I'll put out a poll.
FAMA or AFM????

Veng should know since he's been doing that huge scan & save project on huge stacks of fish magazines. I'll call him up to post his answer.

Hmmm......... not really sure what to recommend. I do subscribe to both. I would say that FAMA has more intermediate/advanced articles on marine aquariums (more so then AFM). They both have dedicated marine/reef columns.

Both magazines are now owned by the same company.

If you like........ you can drop by my place and check out the magazines for yourself........ I've got about 17 years worth.

I also have all of the Coral & the new C Journal Magazine.

Cheers,
Vic [veng68]

If your wife can subscribe to the Coral magazine, that's the best one I've read so far for saltwater.

It's actually cheaper to just get them at OA. It's 61.50 US ($11.75 cdn per issue) if you subscribe through the publisher and only $9 ($9.53 after tax per issue) if you buy at OA.
