Question Purified Drinking Water?

Hi All!

Thinking of doing my initial tank fill with purified drinking water from http://www.simplyh2o.com I would imagine this will do the trick? Anything I need to look out for? I guess it can't be any worse than tap water! hehe Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Bud

Get a TDS meter and test the water.

Bought and used ro/di bottle water for close to a couple of years without problems.

Found having my own ro/di unit lot nicer though than lugging bottles (and the money I could have saved).

buy a system, for what you are going to pay for bottled water, you could pay off a good chuck of the purchase price, not to mention you can use it for your drinking water needs.of course if you tank is small, well then forget i said anything.

hahaha Well, my tank is 38G so I guess you could say it's smallish! In any case, thanks alot for your replies. I think I will fill it initially with bottled water and then do water changes with water from my Aqua Pharm Tap Water Purifier. Maybe i'll look at upgrading to a full RO/DI system some day soon...
