Default what are they??

I have these 2 on one rock. Now my question is, are they ricordias or are they some sort of fuzzy mushroom?

Aren't they just pimply mushrooms? Ricordia yuma looks quite a bit different, IMO. Then again, these are corals we're talking about so...

I'd say Yuma as well.

I have been told they are hairy mushrooms. I have had those for a few years, and they reproduce too fast to be ricordea's.

Heres a pic of a hairy mushroom from Melev's Site. (I have an identical one in my tank as well.)

IME many Ricordea Yuma tend to reproduce relatively fast. It is the Ricordea Florida that is general slow to reproduce.

Hey Psuedo,

If you would like a bit of help I can let them bore my tank for you.

these do not look like the hairy mushrooms, as that is what I really want to have. I just picked up some brown fuzzies but now I want green fuzzies.
The ones I have in my tank have only spawned once and recreated, and that is for 6 months or longer now.
If someone can get me green fuzzies, then this coral would be all yours

However, I did promise Ron101 that I would give this coral to him if he wanted it. He needs to rebuild his reef due to a disaster.
