Error on pic posting

I tried to upload a picture and this is what I got?

and this:

Is there a way to get back to the forums from the gallery?

Hi Deb,
Same problem for me. I just gave it a try. I will let Titus know, but he will likely see it here anyways.

I book marked the gallery and bring it up separate and have the forum on another page.
