Well... Since I've stumped everyone and got a "What the hell is a hydro flo?" from albert...

(Before you big reefers get idears - note they're only good to 310gph) Andy

Hydor is a pet supply company, the flo's are specifically designed to attach to powerheads... Unlikely to be found at a plumbing store.
Big als online of course shows them, locally not carried... I'll probably bring them in from premiumaquatics for half the price of BAO... Andy

I know pisces has them, but they are a little more pricey than I would spend.
The are in the locked cabinet with the powerheads
