Default almost did my LTA in ( OPPS )

Well I did a real dumb thing I was adding some salt to my tank to bring the readings up. I mixed a batch and then after I poured it in but some salt hit the anemonie and it shot in and under a rock (I did not know it could move as fast as a feather duster ) Now it is coming out again but it looks like I have gotten some of the tenticles they look smaller. I guess this was a real learning experience (So #1 I know it was dumb) but is there anything I can do for it ,will they grow or regenerate a know tenticle)

LTA's have a tendancy to abruptly retract like that at times. If it has come back out, it should recover.

Update It has fully extended itself out some of the tenticles are damaged and have shrunk, but it is fully open and very active and moving around.
