In an effort to raise my levels would it be safe to add this dose twice per day ie morn and night TIA |

![]() The only problem with adding more & during the day is it will cloud the water for a hour or more. That's why they advise you to add Aragamilk during the evening when the lights are out. The more you add the longer the cloud will last.

![]() I love this stuff, make sure you shake up the bottle, or even chip away at the stuff that has solidified on the bottom. It will cloud your tank, but if you can add it with your top up water that is even better.
When I first started ussing it I added day and night to bring up my levels.
