Default painting PVC pipe

Hey,
What would anybody recommend to paint PVC pipe from a return that will be inside the tank.

Most will say don't or use ABS. However I've been using krylon epoxy enamel on mine - scrapes off a little easier than I'd like however.

why would you want to add a chemical to your tank? Everything leaches out something, I just don't think it is worth it, not to mention coraline grows on pipes fast enough to make it blend in with the rest of the tank. JMO

That what I am going to do... sand off the writing and wait for a coraline paint job
Just wondered if there was a safe paint

couldn't you ust the purple primer and grey glue on the outside of the tubing? I thought I saw threads on this on reefcentral...if it goes inert enough to use to glue the lines together....why couldn't it be used on the outside?
