Default DIY skimmer

I have made my first beckett skimmer, and am wondering how to get rid of the burping effect of large bubble's accumilateing in the reaction box

Since you have the 45° deflection piece in the reaction box try directing the foam comming out of the beckett towards that with a PVC 45°

In that photo it looks like you need to raise your water hieght also but you've probably already done that.

Give it time to break in aswell.

well Im limited to the injection I have as I cant get my hands into the skimmer to change it,and yes I have raised my water level to about 2" above the box
