GSP rock for cash and Free LR

I have GSP on a rock approx 4x5" for $20

Free LR maybe 20-30lbs, haven't had time to weigh it - got some other more pressing issues going on ...
LR is leftover from my tank crash when my DT leaked.
Comes with SPS skeletons and the bases may come back to life as I can see some polyps.
Also blue mushrooms, encrusting montis, pods, mysids, possibly a porcelain crab, bunch of cerith snails, couple trochus, a nerite.

Down side is there is some aiptasia and bubble algae, plus cyano.
