![]() I have a colt coral, blue mushrooms, trumpet coral and bubble coral.
I am using kalk via an auto-topoff, I evaporate about 1 to 1-1/2 gallons per day in a 120 gallon tank. I had thought the kalkwater auto-topoff would be enough to keep my calcium levels up. My calcium level is from 380 to 390 -- if forget the units, is it parts per million? I don't want to go with a calcium reactor due to lack of space within my stand, also I don't want to add more complicated equipment. Is this calcium level adequate for the LPS? I also have the option of directly supplementing calcium and alk, I have some calcium chloride which I've never used and I could add this with baking soda, I thought about making up separate solutions of the CaCl2 and baking soda and dosing a set volume of each daily. |
