![]() I ordered a Juv Emperor the other day, when I got him home I noticed that he was upside down in the bag. My Q-tank has been having problems with temp and one of the pumps so I acclimatized him in my refigium. Throughout the night I though he was not going to make it. He was on his side at he bottom for most of the night. I made sure the lights were off and added a air line. The next morning I went to work early in the morning so I checked on him thinking he would not have made it through the night. He was up and swimming! Wow, I called my wife from work to make sure she was keeping a eye on him and to get here to try feeding him. He is up and swimming now and seems to be eatting well. He seems to have lost most of a fin and his eyes are not real clear. I am not sure what to do about his eyes, will a healthy diet help clear that up? I have also noticed that his eyes have gotten a little larger. Could this be pop eye?
Thanks for any advice Marcus |

![]() Sounds like he may have had some ammonia problems in the bag. With good water quality and nutrition, all those things should clear up. Good luck Marcus !
