Home Depot has them and they`re pretty cheap.

that is what I suggested a while back

they actually are very very cheap... you can get the ballast for about $15, and the bulbs for around $8/pr for daylight bulbs (if that is what you want to run). Then you buy the tomb-stones and the wiring, and it should all cost you less than $40.

you can also buy the whole fixture thing, and it should not be much more than that, but mainly you will be paying for somebody to put all of it together for you!

a 4 footer dual fixture at depot is 19.99.. thats ready to accept bulbs.. all you gotta do is throw a pigtail on there and plug 'er in.
