Hello,
Just read this last night online. Somewhere in Indonesia has a project running where they lay what I think maybe sometype of rebar type of metal grid on top of the the dying coral colonies. They are pumping small amount of electricity through these grids and have noticed accelerated reef growth! Titus

I think they started that about 5 years ago or longer... I remember hearing about it.. the slight charge on the rebar acts to attract the coral babies somehow if I remember corect. we do the same idea fishing we apply a slight charge to the downrigger wire to remove the magnetic charge generated by the current. degausing on ships works the same way.
