Default Flow Rate in Tanks

Hi Guys,

How could you tell if your tank is getting too much flow or not enough flow. Are there any keys signs? Im also assuming the more surface agitation the better?

The more current the better imo. Like tyler said as long as it isn't ripping off tissue you should be good to go lol
