Default 4 bulb 36" tek light Calgary
As the title says. Come with 2 hangers but It's not a hanging kit. I hung it with chain and that will come with it as well. Probably needs new bulbs. $80

I want to see if there is any local interest before I consider shipping, I do have the box for this I believe but it's not small so shipping would probably be a little pricey.
