Default DIY inline heater - anyone have plans

I'm looking to DIY a inline heater - has anyone seen or have any plans they can share.
Any thoughts on its location, return line v.s. drain line? (note this will be on the closed loop)

Have you built one? if so where did you get the hayco piece. The link the poster provided on his post dosn't work.

you can buy them at either rona or Home depote in the electrical department!

and I would personnaly do it in the drain line!!
