Default interesting thread on RC

I dont often goto RC but am getting some new zoo's and am dropping a pretty penny on them so wanted to look into what people are doing with them now. Ran across this thread. Anyone try it and what do you think about it?

I use to do that with my zoanthids as well. Luckily, I've never had anything harmful such as Zoanthid eating Nudibranches or flatworms come out. They close up for a little while, but they usually open back up for me within a couple of hours.
