Wrasse Id
Back in Dec. 2010 I got a little 1/2" fairy wrasse. At the beginning of Jan. I had tried getting an Id on it http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=71346 I thought it might be a Marjorie wrasse but I wasn't sure. The consensus was to wait a few months and see if it changed colours etc.
Well it's been a few months and she's about 1-1/2 to 2 inches and looks the same as she did when I first got her. Pretty sure it is a female Marjorie wrasse. I tried to get a pic. but she's way to fast so I took a video to see what others think. Video (click on it to play it) Google pic. of Marjorie wrasse

funny you should say that 'cause the black spot on her tail was what lead me to that Id in the first place. As far as I can tell a female Marjorie wrasse, is the only fairy wrasse that has a distinctive black dot on it's tail.
