Default Standing a Tank on its side

Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if you could store a tank on its side for a day or so without warping/damaging the tank. It is a 60 gallon tank.

Thanks,
Nadeem

You won't damage the tank, but all the water will pour out!!

The water will only pour out if you don't have glass lids

Also it will REALLY confuse the fish. Even though they live in water gravity effects them and their entire world will be twisted 90 degrees. It could scar them emotionaly for the rest of their lives.

Throw in a large pack of gelatin mix first so the water won't "pour" out. Costco has some.

Thanks a lot everyone!

I forgot to tell you it was empty, but at least now I know what would happen if there were fish in it
