Default PAR readings are in!

Finally received the Apogee MQ-200 quantum meter today and took some quick PAR readings on my M80 (HQI) driven Radium 250W SEs (2 months old) with Lumenmax pendants:

A few notes:
- there are two MHs 11" directly above the 1008 and 1214 readings.
- this is an old wide angle of the tank, I've re-arranged the rockwork and there's been a lot of growth since this shot was taken.

Readings for my supplemental lighting (2x160W UVL superactinic VHOs and 2x80W G-man T5HO actinic+ all bulbs ~14 months old) directly below a halide and going deeper are: 116/95/66. For just the T5HOs the readings are: 44/40/26. The readings for the supplemental lighting are pretty consistent across the length of the tank which is not surprising given that the tubes run the the length of the tank.

My 23W CF 5500K spotlight in the fuge (1 year old bulb):
-124 above water 6" from bulb
-54 just below surface
-21 12" deep
-8 20" deep

My 2x39W PC fixture (10,000K and actinic) 12" above my QT:
-42 at water's surface
-15 at 6" deep
-9 at 18" deep

13W CF 6700K desk lamp bulb at 6": 23

Ambient light from 8 x 13W soft white CF potlights in the basement: 2

I am very interested to see what other people's results are when we get this little device around various tanks in Metro Vancouver.
