Default new tank question

ok i have just set up my 90 gallon tank with 60 lbs rock today and wondering how long i sould wait before adding coral ?i seen some nice stuff for sale but wondering if i need to cycle tank for mouth or so before adding some sps /lps corals

You should be wating about 6 weeks before adding anything. Start making some water changes, (about 10% every week) and start testing until your ammonia & nitrates show 0ppm.

cycles can vary greatly depending on the rock you have, when its over depends on your test results for ammonia nitrite and nitrate, some cycles using well established rock can take a few days or if you have uncure rock with lots of die of it may take 6 weeks or longer
