Default Anemone sting on purple tang?

Noticed something on my purple tangs body today. Its two spots of lost color. Does this look like an anemone's doing? Or should I be worried about a disease?

Sorry for the crap pics, he's fast.

Never kept one, but I have heard these or similar to these referred to as stress spots.

Make sure your water is okay on ammonia and nitrites.

Water change if they are present.

Keep an eye on it and see if it gets worse or improves.

I always recommend Selcon as a quick and easy cure all for a lot of infections....kind of like vitamin c for fish...gives a nice immuno boost.
