"J&L Aquatics reserves the right to charge a non-refundable 15% restocking charge for any/all returned merchandise (excluding exchanges). " thats EXCLUDING EXCHANGES, the girl i talk to was really rude, i ask to speak with manager and she just said i have him to call u back then hang up, whats up with that? anyone with experience with that?

Ask for Jeff when you call back, I'm sure he'll get you sorted out.

No its the same thing really. you returned a product that required manpower to ensure it could be returned to stock. The fact that you ordered a different product at the same time has little to do with it.

But I shouldn't interfere with J&L policy. I'll stay out of this

yes i agree, but if they are charging ppl fee, they shouldnt include what they write on their policies, they shouldnt even put "excluding exchanges" in the policy, if you cant follow your own policy dont bother post it as your store policy
