water test results

In my past water test I would get ammonia 0.25
Niterite 0
Niterate 10 mg/l
ph 8.0 +

I usally do a 10% water change ,Should I do more or would that be to much? or add anything for ph etc to brings results back to a lower range?

also my sality is 1.021 but I would like it a bit high so if i was to add somemore water about how much salt would i add?

Is there a set amount(salt) to add IE: 1/2 cup to the specific water amount will give me a new reading of 1.023 or ??

I not 100% on on exact amount to add.
