Aquaray controller and aqua beam 1500np help

I am currently running a biocube 29. I have decided that I want to hange the stock lighting to led. I have purchased the aquabeam 1500np as it appeared easy enuf to mount in my stock biocube hood. Since purchasing the light, I have mounted it and it was fairly simple to install. I also purchased the aqua ray controller to create sunsets and sunrise and also dimming.

Is there anyone out there that has any export ended with this controller and or light?

What's percentage should I set each of the lights at? Should I keep the percentage lower to start and then over time turn it higher? How long should I ramp the lights up and down for? Would it be bad to keep the blue light on all the time or should there be sometime in the night where all the lights are off? I also have a reef keeper lite that I could use to turn the lights off in the middle of the night.
