I like my frogspawn (and I think my frogspawn likes me
) when it is just barely moving, just enough to wave the tentacles slightly. Too much flow and it seems like it doesn't extend its tentacles as much. I don't know about too little flow as my tank doesn't really have alot of no flow spots now.
Toadstools don't seem to mind the blast of flow. I have mine in a 4ft tank at the opposite end of a Tunze 6060 and it seems to like it even with its polyps pinned back
