I dont seem to be able to get an answer when calling Gold Aquarium in Calgary, are they still in business, phone just rings nonstop. Is this a home based operation or a true commercial store?

this stuff is not slimy at all, so if Cyano is slimy, this is definitly not Cyano. It is dense and branching, kind of like those plastic potscrubbing pads, and taking over my tank
