I don't think I would try to catch him for quarantine unless you need to treat him for infection. I wouldnt want to add any more stress.

I have clams, sps, lps and softies with my scribbled rabbit and he hasn't bothered anything in 2 yrs. Yet.....I think all fish have some risk but my thought is you keep them feed with what you want...

My rabbit takes care of any I toss in the tank for him to nibble on. He will clean infested rock and it never comes back. He will eat most anything green.....
