red meat may not be that good for their digestive system and I havent tried it since. I bought some silverfish and mackeral and have been feeding them this instead they love it so does my wallet!

when I saw 250w hqi it was way more crisp then my 400w mogul and this was on a 24in deep tank.

I keep sps with t5 aswell 8 bulb with 24" deep tank most high requiring sps is kept 4in from the top the rest at mid level.
