I agree with Mindy. 4 to 6 T5's with a strip of blue LEDs in there somewhere is your best bet for growth, colour (subjective) and coverage.

You could just spend more and get a bigger piece... I'd venture to guess Bayside Corals makes smaller frags so people on limited budgets can buy a couple polyps of a nice coral they'd otherwise be...
