Just curious, if you don't test anything in the tank, how do you know you need to use biopellets? You do know that biopellets are used to reduce nitrate and phosphate, and you don't want either one...

It's more about the fixtures than the bulbs. Since you already have both then just do it how you like it. I put the white bulbs in the middle and blue bulbs at the front and back to make the best use...
