I have monti digitata growing in two different tanks under these lights. I wouldn't recommend it for SPS but for most other LPS and soft corals they work very well.

The coral sat in my SPS tank for about 8 months with not much change. I put it into my 72 gal bowfront about a month ago and it has gotten bigger since.... Stay Tuned
