This is a good idea, try with no filters inside and check the pressure, then add one and test (repeat), working in one direction to try and isolate the area where the blockage is occurring.

Depends on how big your tank is, the blenny wouldn't be eating the coralline so far as I know but they will compete on softer algae. The urchin has tough teeth and can chew through quite a bit.

Aren't the pellets supposed to be sinking ones anyway? Maybe they're too dry when it eats them. Personally, the odd time I feed pellets I 'throw' them downward into the water so they start sinking...
