Depends on how big your tank is, the blenny wouldn't be eating the coralline so far as I know but they will compete on softer algae. The urchin has tough teeth and can chew through quite a bit.

Aren't the pellets supposed to be sinking ones anyway? Maybe they're too dry when it eats them. Personally, the odd time I feed pellets I 'throw' them downward into the water so they start sinking...
