Open brain bleaching out

Well as the title says, my open brain is bleaching out. Its on the bottom of the tank in the sand in an open area. Could my lights be to bright for it? dinoflaglettes effecting it? Or is it starving?...

ATI is the best for T5's. FYI 250 MH set ups are comparable with sunlight supply Tek's. ATI sunpowers out perform the tek by 20% if i remember correctly, let alone the power module beats the sunpower...
