I was going to try a simular setup as Jonathan :D using a LG pump (1250 gph) - if I read right, you need to have a reduction in size at the bulk head and then back in size for the rest of the way...

I scored a good deal at Big Al's for a tank and they're the only ones with a good warranty - 3 yr - next to Oceanic thats good to have at the price of tanks.
