i second that opinion by christy. they are probably still acclimatizing not don't be surprised to see some casualties. If acclimatized properly, they will start scooting around quite quickly

the magnetic ballast are heavy and looks like a block of metal. open up the case if you can to look for any markings on the ballasts. thats the only way you can be sure of what you have.
