I think 22" will be water level height, 24" will...
I think 22" will be water level height, 24" will be the glass top.... to be honest I haven't quite decided. I would like to be able to reach the bottom in most areas of the tank but the 4 foot front...

The tank is nothing special, an 85 gal (36"wx18"dx30"h) that is impossible for me to touch the bottom. Runs with a single corner overflow feeding a 40 gal acrylic sump...
