best frozen foods ?
looking for input on what is the best type of frozen foods? i have used mixed blend in the past as my tank only has 2 smaller fish in it (clown, 6 line wrasses)

i know that some clown fish dont get big but the ture parc i have in my tank i have had for over a year and he dosent seem to be growing anymore? i feed him a mix of frozen food and flake. 34 gal...

skimmer driving me crazy
i have a red sea max 130 and find the skimmer loud now that i moved to an apartment. can i turn off my skimmer even if the skimmer is not making any skimate right now anyway.

LF crushed coral substrate
