I agree that you shouldnt expect a 'standard' amount, but it can be a good indicater something "might" be wrong. Like it might be time to pull the skimmer apart and clean it.

The differnce between that and a gluelam beam was less than running a gas line for the outside BBQ. A beam of some sort had to go in at that spot anyway so it didnt change the cost much.
