My Harlequin Tuskfish eats nori too. For the longest time he just ripped off chunks and spat it out, but since I've been using the garlic enhanced nori he gobbles it up. Go figure.:biggrin:

Really, the only area of the sump that needs a slower flow rate would be a refugium that requires slower flow for the particular flaura/fauna that you are growing there.
