Tank is looking nice buddy.... I am going through the same problem trying to keep up the big 3. I keep trying to top up the alk mg and ca but they keep dropping back down, I will get it stabilized...

Just wanting to see who else owns a peppermint hogfish.... I just bit the bullet and purchased one, so far I am liking the guy. Quite a unique fish and goes great in my reef. He seems to mind his own...

If the first pic you posted of the candy cane is how it looks now then I would say its looking better than the 2nd pic which was definately bleached....

You can try throwing frozen water bottles...

Fs:Black ice clown

I would like to sell one of my black ice clowns, the other one has paired up with the black clown. $100 which is far less than what I paid. It's healthy and eats pellets or mysis.

Probally not a good idea to put a lion fish with a goby as the little fish could be dinner. If you get a lion fish you would have to put larger fish in and that's not advisable with a small 30g....
