lighting acclimation

just wondering if you guys have had problems with acclimating a coral properly to a new lighting..
i think its one of the main cause of losing a few sps of mine becuase i didn't acclimate them...

and oh yeah i took some water out to my friends house and tested my salinity there and it was 1.028 =o(

temp was around 28degress celcius
