I would consider a few low light corals such as mushrooms (discoma,actinodiscus),Alcyonium(tree corals),Xenia or anthelia.
gorgonians could be touble for you,not necessarily lighting...

Im not sure what you mean by flow pump...if that is a higher volume and a less head capacity then yes it is.
But the 4md`s are pressure pumps made for a higher volume at a higher...

Killing flatworms in live rock

A fresh water dip of a couple of minutes will kill all the flatworms.
Shake the rock in the F/W bucket too,or powerhead blast it to get in the little cracks and such.
