Plumbing questions
Im planning out a 25 gallon sump at 300 gph flow for a 33 gallon display tank.
The layout will be intake/skimmer - fuge - return. I haven't measured everything exactly, but have a rough estimate....

It's a small canister that connects to the airline going to the venturi intake. Just connect another foot or so of tubing to where the air is taken in and it shuts it right up. The css can be run HOB...

Just did a water change on that rock and...
Just did a water change on that rock and re-scrubbed it. Also got a mouthfull, taste MIGHT go away in a day or two. Must be the rotting clam I cant get to that tastes so bad. <gag> I dont think...

To change, or not to change?
This is the question.
When curing fresh live rock, do you do water changes or no? Some sites (Walt Smith) say not to change any water till Ammonia and Nitrites read zero. I cant see ANYTHING...

newbie questions
Hi all!
Excuse the noob questions, but I have a few.
1: Do pods molt like shrimp? I'm finding pod skins swirling around in my tank from time to time.
