I fed my anemone (orange bubble tip) some pulsing xenia by accident...is that ok?!

So, I was pruning the xenias which is all over one side of my tank, and as I was getting them onto my bucket, one of them fell out of my hands and into the arms of my anemone perched on the upper...

What are these weird looking things?!

They look like for lack of better words, huge amoebas. They have a reddish looking head, and rush out of the substrate at night, but you can still see them hanging around in the daytime.
